We are really thank you and grateful for the help support and kindness that we received from the coral ward. Especially Christina (ward manager) really kind, don't have words to explain her kindness and compassion. Shelley really kind and thorough in explanation of everything about blue book, you have really great team.

* Improve comms with patient and parents.
* Simplify discharge procesos.
* Hold company that does cleaning to account.
* Complete a process improvement workshop.
* Improve care for parents who do not have family to support them.
